Before signing a PM contract
How many visits per year are included?
Visit frequency is set from how each unit is actually used — operating hours and environment. We propose the schedule and an annual price in the quotation.
What is the minimum number of units?
From tens to hundreds of units in one contract — for example 204 split-type units at Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital and 156 units at Thian Fah Foundation Hospital.
Which systems can you maintain?
Split-type, VRF, chillers and cooling towers, chilled water pumps, and control systems such as SCADA (e.g. for the Provincial Waterworks Authority, Samut Sakhon).
Do you issue tax invoices and bill by period?
Yes. We are a registered company and issue quotations, invoices and full tax invoices, with billing and credit terms as agreed.
