What does TSS do?
TSS is a turnkey mechanical and electrical contractor covering six systems: air conditioning and ventilation (chiller, VRF, split type, ductwork, cold rooms), high- and low-voltage electrical, control and instrumentation (PLC, SCADA), water, sanitary and fire protection, IT and security (CCTV, access control), and alternative energy — plus preventive maintenance contracts and residential air-conditioner cleaning.
Is there a minimum project size?
No minimum for cleaning and repair. For design and installation we survey the site first to define the right scope.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our factory, hospital, showroom and cinema work is done outside operating hours or during shutdowns.
How do quotations work? Is the assessment free?
A preliminary assessment from drawings, a TOR or site photos sent on LINE is free. For site surveys on larger projects we explain the terms first. Quotations are itemized — equipment, labour and materials shown separately.
Can you issue tax invoices to companies?
Yes. We are a registered company (Tang Sui Seng Corporation Co., Ltd.) and issue quotations, invoices and full tax invoices, with billing and credit terms as agreed.
Is the work certified by an engineer?
Yes. Our advisors include a licensed professional mechanical engineer, former ACAT leadership, and an electrical and safety advisor with Ministry of Labour experience. See About.
What warranty do you provide?
Installations are warranted for the period stated in the handover documents; equipment follows the manufacturer’s warranty; cleaning is guaranteed for cleanliness and normal operation. Problems caused by our work are fixed at no charge.
Where do you work?
Bangkok and surrounding provinces from our Bangkok Noi head office; Chonburi, Si Racha, Bang Lamung, Pattaya and Rayong from our Ban Puek branch; and projects nationwide.
