What clients ask before a project
Should we choose VRF or a chiller system?
It depends on floor area, usage pattern, operating hours and capital cost versus long-term running cost. Our engineers calculate the cooling load and compare the options with you before you decide.
What do you need from us for a quotation?
Send drawings, a TOR or site photos on LINE @TSS.TH, together with the building type, area and timeline. We give you an approach and a preliminary budget range first, free of charge.
Can you work outside business hours or during production shutdowns?
Yes. Most of our work in factories, hospitals and showrooms is done outside operating hours or during shutdowns so production and occupants are not disrupted.
Do you fix existing systems that underperform?
Yes — for example, we improved the VAV system for Zuellig Pharma at All Seasons Place. We diagnose and report first, then propose a fix with a price.
What warranty do you give on installations?
Installation work is warranted for the period stated in the handover documents; equipment follows the manufacturer’s warranty. If a problem is caused by our work, we fix it at no charge.
