Before you book
Is the price based on BTU size?
No — one price for every BTU size, by unit type: wall-mounted 800 THB, ceiling-suspended 1,200 THB, 4-way cassette 1,800 THB and ducted 1,800 THB per unit (promotional prices until 31 Oct 2026, excluding 7% VAT). No extra charges on site.
What is included and excluded?
Prices apply to split-type units only, not VRF. Repairs, refrigerant top-up and work at height are not included. Prices exclude 7% VAT; full tax invoices are available.
Is there a discount for many units or a whole building?
Yes — ask on LINE for multi-unit and building prices; additional discounts of up to 200 THB per unit apply under conditions. For year-round care see PM contracts.
Which areas do you serve?
Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Chachoengsao from our Bangkok Noi head office; Chonburi, Si Racha, Bang Lamung, Pattaya and Rayong from our Ban Puek branch. Travel charges may apply outside these areas — we always tell you first.
Is cleaning guaranteed?
Cleaning is guaranteed for cleanliness and normal operation. If a problem is caused by our work, we fix it at no charge.
